カシス、インク、アルコールの香り。
瑞々しくジューシーさのある果実味に、少し塩味。そして、ちょい樽の香味。
ミネラル感は柔らかで。昔の印象では大人しめだった酸とタンニンがしっかりあって、いわゆるサンジョベーゼらしいワインになってた。
酸もタンニンも安っぽく、残念…
