優しい果実味と柔らかで綺麗な酸。タンニンはあれど、微細。ミネラル感が強い訳ではないが、旨味がたっぷりで、
透明感があるのに、ヤワじゃない。弱いではなく、柔らかで優しい。才色兼備でアンティパストからセコンドまでこれ一本でいけそう。
