Aube, Champagne, FranceLight salmon color, with a very fine mousse with strawberries & with a slight touch of flint. On the palate this champer provides wonder fruit again strawberry with no stickiness precision with a wonder mousse that makes the dance go away. Nice. For those wanting to explore Rośe champagnes good started & a decent value as compared to other Rośes. Cheers!

2006 vintage Rose. Disgorged October 2014. Saignee method 92% with 8% Chardonnay added! Orange hue. 1/3rd in oak. On the palate, fresh mushroom and apple jelly. 5 gram dosage. This is very unique rose compared to anything else I have had. Decent ripeness. MLF as little sulphur used here - so MLF naturally occurring. Very fine bubbles. Some earthy notes here. Mushroom and Brazil nut on the finish.
