This was the first bottle of Champagne we cracked into on Christmas 🎄 day and it was before 9am - I love my family! ‘Carte Blanche’ by Drappier is a Brut NV and sells for approximately $50. It’s your typical champagne blend; Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.

It’s a yellow colour on the eye with a hint of peach. On the nose it’s quite bready with hints of cherries and mushrooms. In the mouth it’s also quite savoury with soft acidity that made it approachable pre-9am.

All opinions are based on my own taste buds. Wine is subjective & always evolving, so make sure you drink what you enjoy! #tcweekdaywine

Vintage non vintage. This is prob mid 90. Firms my opinion that I love old nv champers. Good stuff, so vivacious.

Citrussy, pleasant... excellent value for money from a champagne that won't let you forget it is a wine.

Fine bubble, and good balance of sanmi and sharpness. My friend's birthday party at very nice restaurant :-)

A fine fun champagne to open with your colleagues. Better in Spring or early Summer.
