Santa Ynez Valley Sauvignon Blanc

Fantastic! It's has very delucate flavor, that feels not typical to Sauvignon, but more on Chardonnay or even Riesling side. It's bright, childishly fresh and still delivers rich aromas. I can imagine this wine being absolutely perfect for a summer night date by the water on a hot island.:)

Letting your Sauvignon Blanc sit for a few years doesn't harm it after all!

The tiny bit of age makes it regal.

Not bad, but no character. Boring when compared to the Alban

Who says beer is the only option for baseball? A little SB and CWS make a great combo. @Brandon Sparks-Gillis such a refreshing wine but still pushing the envelope for depth and complexity - kudos!
