delicious!!! Tons of energy, vibrant, spicy red fruits, but not over ripe. Like a very classy Paso GSM. Wish the finish carried on longer, but it's showing more and more in glass. The quality shines through. After tasting a Torrin GSM today, this takes the cake. Would definitely follow this producer, lots of promise.

More from Thanksgiving. Tons of flavor, ripe plums, black cherry, baking spice. Very smooth finish.

Very full on the palate, nice tannic grip, some earthy notes and dark fruit. Very nice with burgers after a pretty long decant.

Might as well be MGM. A grand, muscular wine packed with dense black fruits and baking spice. Peppery and floral with assertive tannin.

We snagged a bottle after a terrific tasting in Los Olivos and now I wish we grabbed two. This was just a great wine from a great vintage for the Santa Ynez Valley - an undercurrent of cooked meat ran throughout the sumptuous dark berry taste. Rounded out with espresso, spice, butterscotch sauce and perfectly calibrated tannins.

2012 Vintage. 14.7% Alcohol. 95% Syrah, 4% Grenache, 1% Viognier. Lighter styled with candied fruits but not sweet. A reserve blend dedicated to their wives Mitchi, Jen and Michelle. 550 cases.
