Stunning nose! Deep aromas of cranberry, mid season cherries, spice, minerals, red flowers and so much more. Palate is silky and structured with incredible freshness and jaw dropping purity. This is as clean as it gets. The fruit is sapid and so silky and has real gravitas. Nose has the tiniest bit of funk that adds so much. The nose is just dizzying in its complexity and array of aromas. Juicy, energetic and decadent but with terrific structure and velvety tannins. This needs air and it will get it as I will be hanging with this wine tonight. As this opens the nose gets wet earth, tea aromas and more. Palate still needs air to get it smoother but it’s all there. As this airs it gets more concentrated and denser but also meatier. But also a crazy finish. Long, elegant yet dense and very complex.

Nose: very floral. Pink roses. A hint of violet.

Palate: very fresh. Bright cherries. A hint of bitterness on the finish. Some lovely grippy texture. Some fruit clings to the palate.

Let’s see where this goes. I’m leaving half for tomorrow. This is hiding the goods today.

90 minutes in utter genius. The fucking precision. The Fucking precision. “The horror. The horror”.

This gliding aspect on the palate. Perfect fruit. Per fect. Elite texture. Maybe better than that. Nose has this epic finish. A Shakespeare sonnet.

Daaaaaaaaaamn. Great out of the gate.

Nose: precise early season cherries. Some pink rose petals. Gorgeous.

Palate: perfect balance. Perfect early season cherry juice. Some minerals. Delicious but in a perfect way not a big fruity way. Wow. Perfect acidic balance - jumps on the palate.

This is at a weird point now. Best within 5 minutes of being poured into the glass. Or an hour decant.

Long, Audrey Hepburn sexy finish. Long. So elegantly delicious.
