I’m getting a real taste for these delicious aged rieslings. This is the second bottle of this vintage I’ve had, and man - it was rocking. It’s in such a perfect place right now. Ripe acidity balanced with the sweetness of honey, caramel apple, brûlée’d peach, kerosene and lilac flower. I’m making a mental note to buy more for the cellar. Despite the wait, these are too good to rob your future self of their pleasures. Yum.

Lots of flowery perfume. Pears, Apples, Pineapple and hint of mango. Great minerality and racy acidity. Good stuff!

Dough, wet rocks, apple and pear, petrol became a caramelly toffee/butterscotch. Very low alcohol but still had good body for a riesling

Oct 14th, 2016Very round, complex Riesling. Ripe lemon, apricot, honey, green apple and steel nose. Pineapple flavor. Pairs well with a salty meat-duck or ham. Heavier, dry tail. Fairly sweet.
