Unbelievably good. So well balanced. Flowers, honey, limestone, a bit of sea breeze, lemon cookie, gravel, acid, green apple, so much flavor. So good with daal. Probably has even more time in bottle.

Feb 2nd, 2023Wow! Every time I have Riesling trocken I always wonder why I don’t drink more of it. Nose of peach and lime with wet gravel. Palate is more of the nose with a biting acidity of citrus. Beautiful flowers are mixed in with salty wet rocks! Finish lingers for a minute or more. Ideal with food but also a great aperitif.
