As American... as ...Grüner Veltliner! Just the thirst slaking white to clear the head and quench what no other drink can do.

Great apple notes and acidity but lacks balance.

Tammy wasn't as crazy as I was about it. Too much like champagne.

From the highly successful 2012 vintage in NY! This Grüner Veltliner is the best one consistently produced in the finger lakes! Floral, wet stone and peach nose (beautiful) followed by flavors of stone fruit, zippy lime zest, oily mouthfeel and high acid! Finishes with an enjoyably long, subtle, not overwhelming, white pepper finish. This is a vintage to buy and drink now or see how it'll do with a little age as well. It's got great acidity.
