Pale straw-hued. Aromas and flavors of apple, lemon zest, minerals, papaya, and petroleum. Medium body and high acidity. Subtle nose, with a crisp, lightly carbonated, refreshing finish. A well-made Mosel Riesling (on the drier side of "off-dry") that pairs well with warm weather.

May 31st, 2020Thoroughly enjoyed this: reasonably priced & approachable sporting cling peaches, apricot jam, wet stones and some kerosene on the nose. Great acidity but w/rounded off corners, silky soft sweet mid-palate then decently long finish. Maybe the slightest hint of RS but true to Kabinett classification.
