Fresh & very lively after 5,5y in the bottle - lemon & lime with green apricot. Great minerality and some spice adds to the complexity. Very nice precision & shows nicely that even the more basic Rieslings from great producers can age well!

I still like it. Dry and zesty acidity with fresh peachy, bright lemon, apple, and tropical citrus on the nose and palate. Still my best favorite white grape.

Really delicious Pfalz Riesling - great fruit, zinging acidity & a real energy. Am I reading into the fact that it's biodynamic for the latter?
