Jan 1st, 2016I was disappointed after first opening it. Very closed off, no fruit, but not lean and elegant but rather too stuffy, a little bitter even. Tried again the next day and found it more interesting, bone dry, packed with mineral flavor. Grippy acidity.

Зеленое яблоко, лимонная цедра, грейпфрут, ки лайм пай, трава, мед, бензин, минеральность. Прекрасный баланс и внутреннее напряжение. Не слишком сложная, но крайне убедительная классика.
