Great pairing with my sushi from the commissary. I have a weakness for wines that want to be called both simple and complex.

Lemon tart, flint, good acidity. Great representation of the area (and fabulous Rieslings for a really, really fabulous price) and one of my favorite stops from a recent visit.

feine, Nase, cremige Texturen am Gaumen. Einer der besten einfachen Rieslinge von einem VDP-Weingut. Getrunken mit Tintenfisch & Lemonengras (vietnamesische Küche), hat gut gepasst.

This organic wine is pale lemon and very aromatic and intense on the nose with stone fruit, chalky minerality, lemon and grapefruit standing out. On the palate, the wine is bone dry with nice mouthwatering acidity, medium alcohol and body displaying notes of lemon zest, baked apples, pineapple, pears and quince. The wine is quite concentrated for being youthful and has a medium finish. Overall is t is a great find and a good example of what the Pfaltz region has to offer. Will age well.
