Tasted with 4 other Champagnes and 1 new world sparkler. Very light rosé color. This barrel fermented champagne has a distinctive style that tasted more like a Blanc de Noir than rosé. Fruit a little subdued but nice lively structure and freshness. BF is evident on the finish with very slight oak influence coming through.
