Tonel 30 trocken Riesling

Slate and mineral nose, high acidity, lemon?, softer on sides. Became one note with Korean dish. Actually better the 2nd day. More tropical notes after opening up

Wonderfully dry for reisling with great minerality.

Donnhoff is a master and this is his entry level wine. It's a serious wine to be sure. Definitely give it a hour to open if you can. Quite good. Bone dry.

Dry, great nose, better with a few minutes to breathe
