Kahlenberg Trocken Riesling

Sadly 2 bottles both badly corked. Completely flawed. Must have been a bad cork batch. Opened second bottle to see and same though not quite as bad.

Open for business, with plenty of zing, mineral and citrus. Drink now-ish, nothing to gain from more bottle age

Lovely with truffle risotto.

Also good with Peking duck. A bit more sweet than expected but great acid and bruised apple and pear.
