Very pale lemon. Aromatic with grassy notes. More mineral and Saline than the Anthilia. Good texture and less acidic than the Grillo we had last night. Great match with a salad of semi-dried tomatoes, fetta and Oregano.

The 2016 is herbal, has citrus notes, and is refreshing. Perfect for a summer's evening. I'm pretty into Sicilian whites and this was a pleasant surprise.

The fruit is very strong, maybe too overpowering. But mellowed out after it came to room temp.

Compared to other Grillos we had, very floral and less acidity. Very well balanced though, and paired well with seafood.
