Estate Syrah

Nutty, not too bold. Lack of depth. Had at Peacock with Callie and Casey celebrating end of snowpocalypse

A lot of fake and pepper initially. Left it open after having half a glass overnight and much better on day two but could probably use even more time. A bunch of blackberries, peppers of all types, wet bark, some savory spice. I think this needs some more time.
