I really wanted to love this and I did enjoy the flavors. However... there was far too much fizz for a still wine that I just couldn’t overlook. I assume re-fermentation but perhaps one of you has a better idea? Once the fizz died down it had a lovely creamy mouthfeel.

This is nice. A bit cloudy, and you can feel the texture. But this is nice and deep in a slightly natural cider-y kinda way. Lots of acid. Quite enjoyed.

JL tasting 5/8/18. ABV 13.2. $21. Light straw color slightly cloudy. Nose of stone fruits and creamy notes, damp earth. Medium body and good finish. 40 chardonnay 15 Marsanne and lots of others. Acidity from Picpoul.
