Packs a lot of density on to a 12.5% frame. Maybe it speaks more of D&G winemaking than of merlot, but you know, I'm more than o.k. with that.

This is phenomenal right now. Tons of light, bright red fruits, earth and herbs, stone, good acidity and tannin which are very mellow. So well balanced and light bodied for a merlot. Need to see if they still have some of these left.

This really evolved with air. First hour was super tart cherry with tons of acidity. After 2+ hours really rounded out, still plenty of tartness but some darker fruits and even a hint of cocoa. Really nice.
