1 person found it helpfulJul 22nd, 2019Dark ruby in color with medium intensity and a purplish rim.
Mild on the nose with blueberries, cherries, strawberries, oak, light vanilla, white pepper, smoke and metals.
Medium-bodied with medium acidity and nice legs.
Dry and bitter on the palate, with blackberries, blueberries, cherries, oak, green pepper, cloves and earth.
Medium finish with grainy tannins, black pepper and a bitter ending.
This is a simple Malbec yet drinkable now. Not bad at all, but nothing to write home about. Might need another year in the bottle, but I'm not sure it has enough acidity to carry it.
13.8% alcohol by volume.

Intense violet color. In the nose, aromas of black fruit, honey, violets and spices, with some mineral and graphite notes, are perceived. Great balance and freshness in the mouth, with good concentration and structure. Soft tannins and persistent finish.

Apr 20th, 2021Raspberry, black currant, blackberry, this very fruity and inviting. On the palate there is a spicy twist and a big bright fruit all along an acud backbone with drive and energy. The width is good, the mouthfeel is soft, there is a bit of tannins in the rear to spice things up a notch with a bit of sandy, granular layer. The finish is rather short but fresh and fruity. This is overall a simple yet very joyful wine, it paired very well with a homemade lasagna.
