2014. Limes and lemons with a touch of sweet pineapple. On the nose, with a nice streak of minerals. On the palate, citrus and green apples are joined by minerality galore. Great acidity makes for a predictably refreshing - and food friendly - quaff. Lemons last well into the medium length finish.

Slight banana on the nose gives way to vibrant tropical fruits, pineapple, guava on the palate. A clean mouthfeel with a slight effervescence on the finish. Fantastic with a grilled bronzini. UPDATE. 2nd day a little underwhelming. Maybe just paired well yesterday.
