Colosal Mendoza Red Blend

Dark and Jammy, a Malbec dominant blend with Barolo, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine is thick and fruity.

It was on sale and thought it sounded good. I've had Argentinian wines before and enjoyed them.

Deep color. Dark fruits like blackberry, plum and a bit of jamminess with black pepper in the mouth. Notes of chocolate & anise. Balanced with good tannins, acid, & fruit for a Med Plus finish. Honestly, I was prepared to be disappointed but this was a very good offering and great value under $10.

Their Malbec is pretty good so I was expecting this to be nice and it was. Deep colors smooth finish

Cocoa, tobacco, cherry, and black current. Few tannins. A little spice at the end. Very little complexity and depth.
