Stewed and baked fruit, charred wood, vanilla on the finish. Bordering on overripe and the oaks a bit much for my taste, but the acid/tannin structure keeps this enjoyable.

December 13, 2021 - very distinct cabernet nose with almost a hint of chocolate covered raisin. Not the typical full-bodied Napa cabs I typically drink but a more medium bodied, less tanic and less oaky style with more subtle fruit. Nice and easily approachable.
