Ruby light red. With air the nose expands to have black fruit, Asian spice, and some terroir dirt notes. Fruit becomes more pronounced with more air and the wine gets more interesting. Modest finish and not as complex after a sip. Good not great.

Beautiful bright color. Wafting rich nose. Layered fruit on the palette. Raspberries, and blueberries. Defined layers. This wine is drinking great right know. 7/7/17.

Beautiful nose. Just as it should be. Taste is surprisingly bright and cherries. I want it darker. Will have half a bottle to try tomorrow. Hoping it darkens. But.. what a glorious wine. Kills me to think I opened it 5 years too soon.
