From what I recall, absolutely ethereal texture and depth. Wild raspberry, red berry, earthy spice complexity; elegant tannins. Big enough acid and body to pair well with the wagu or mushroom and chestnut tortellini with shaved black truffle. Christopher’s for Bob’s bday.
