Killer Wine Night. Lineup of 17 wines. Tasted blind. Theme was Old World Killer “B” (the letter “B” has to be the first letter in one of the proper nouns in the wine e.g., region, varietal, type, winery name, etc.)
Wine 6. mushroom, strawberry, plum. Lot of tannins. Surprising on the reveal given its 20 years old.

Big ballsy and macho. Beautiful neon purple in color. Very tannic and I would say that it is built for the long haul. Very tart cherry. Just opened so it hasn't opened up much.
