Starts chill, ends a bit dry/sour. Flavor doesn’t last long, left me wanting more of an impact. Not getting any strong smells.

This is pretty wild. It bridges the gap between red and white wines.
Everything about it is a white... but it has the characteristics and complexity of a red. Wild.
