Nice traditional, dark fruited, Barolo. Long decant (3+ hours) needed as nose was pure VA and palate all tar upon opening.

Jan 21st, 20192010 vintage. First thing I notice is the brown, red color. I think I get olive on the nose. Nicely balanced acidity and tannins. The wife thinks she noted dried cherry and licorice. Very interesting wine.
