Full characteristic petrol on the nose, but tender, yellow & white fruit on the palate. The acidity is there but well balanced by notes of sweetness. A must drink - perfect on fried chinese food

Fumey aromas wrap around deep honeyed lemon, green papaya, passionfruit, pineapple, and spicy ginger. The extraordinarily high acid slashes through like a weed wacker. An exercise in balance of extremes - acid, flavor, fruit, and alcohol. A whole lot of fun.
