Les Normins Côtes du Jura Chardonnay

Magnum. Crisp, mineral, easy.

Fresh, zingy, slightly dusty with ripe golden delicious apples, quince, some mandarine peel, a pinch of baking spice, a bit of kafir lime leaves and a whiff of spider webby attic.
On the palate cool, dense, with great focus & precision, good depth. Like a good Chablis with a touch more weight & gravitas. Needs time to open up!
A brilliant Chardonnay!

Hint of oak spices, typical acidity and mineral.

Stand out white. Lovely balance and texture. Not too acidic at the front and a roundish finish. Big fan

Goodness that will benefit from time. Higher in acid but awesome.

Lemon, yellow apples, limestone mineral, a hint of wax and the slightest hint of wet wool. Really well executed oak treatment, no overstated vanilla etc.

Bitter salty edge. Young pineapple, juicy, needs a lot more time
