Bandol Mourvedre Blend

Not the most of anything you might look for in Bandol, but scratches the old world Mourvedre itch at a nice price point.

Drunk in its youth and so understandably still a touch aggressive. First sips finished bitter, but as the wine opened over the course of an hour a lot of lovely bramble fruits presented themselves, with mocha tannin backbone.
