Sainte Céline Chablis Chardonnay

Good side of meh.

2018 Vintage light stink light lemon /lime little short finish but again under $15

Lemon, honeysuckle, white peach, wet stone. White flowers. Clean and fairly reductive. Not the sharpest example but not bad as a quaff.

Bright green apple, citrus, and fennel. Intense minerality and a strong acidic backbone make this great on its own as well as with a salty grilled pesto chicken. Will definitely buy again.

Surprisingly good with cold baby carrots and a ham sandwich on English muffin!

For the price ($13) it is a nice chablis. I paired it with a Stilton cheese, and it was wonderful. I would buy it again, and would serve it to company if the meal called for a chardonnay type wine that wasn't super oak tasting.

Lots of peach and honeysuckle on the nose. Flint on the tongue. Great acidity. Would pair well with fried chicken.

For a village level not bad for $15 lemon lees nice acidity not a lot of complexity

Notes of Apple and pear - need to let breathe prior to drinking- slightly mineral taste
