Very elegant and creamy in texture which you would expect with 60% semillon. Very aromatic bouquet of white flower, grapefruit, and some lemon/like. Nice mineral touch to misplate and chalkiness to the texture. Very lengthy finish.

Got significantly better as it opened up. Didn't blow my doors off alone, but made sweet love to the ribeye.
