Interesting to try this Languedoc Syrah after the Graillot Heathcote. Notes of dusty plum and spice with a hint of violet. Medium weight at best with light tannins and a little pepper. Could have picked this as a Cotes du Rhone in a blind tasting. Satisfying uncomplicated drinking - great QPR.
