This really impressed. Impeccable balance and depth. Really lithe. Amazingly intense citrus fruit and urgent minerality. Super palate staining and long. Nose is ethereal. Really wowed me.

Such a razor balance of sweetness and acidity. It gets these petrol notes with age

Beautiful wine to pair with a spicy halibut. Bits of apricot and dried peaches.

Smoky with ginger spice, Turkish delight, peaches and cream, cinnamon, cardamom, treacle but also showing great minerality.
In the mouth the richness is well balanced with the bursting acidity, very sweet but very zippy, maybe lacking a touch in definition right at the end though, a great wine.
