Baby I just want to love you. Petrol with still strong citrus notes and a ripping acidity holding it together.

These old ZH wines are perfect with cheese and even Foie! Really rounds out well after a few years!

Great balance, slightly dried apricots, figs and a touch of peach balanced with perfect acidity and delicate sweetness. Has a long way to go but drinking beautifully now.

So honeyed...300+ grams per liter of RS but acid still

Wine # 2 for me out of the 12.

Notes of honey and beeswax on nose. Bright gold color. Rich balanced and very long. Cellared since release. Great bottle.
