Rich, opulent- still with some legs for a 1995

Wow. How is it this vibrant at 25 years old? Amazing colour amazing on the nose with petrol, racy acidity, and a moreish, earthiness underneath it all which is hard to explain. Red burgundy like?. Immense length. Cork was a problem!

2007 vintage on July 9 2016

Terrific nose. Floral, plummy. Great balance. Acid but also almost fatty. Going great 5 days later in Cali bottle. Stone fruit on palate and long long penetrating finish. Stood up to variety of Korean food. Yum.

Amazing, the 1996 is still so alive.... Dried pear, honeycomb, chamomile, grapefruit rind, hints of Graham cracker.
