Bright fruit based on crisp peach, apple lime and hints of petrol. There is a nice bit of spice as well. Lively but with rich lime, nectarine and peach fruit with just a hint of RS. Long, mineral finish. Lovely with the puréed potato and egg.

Racy, ripe peaches, hint of mango and papaya, wet stones, fantastic tension & nerve. Vibrant. A show stopper!
