Clos Saint Urbain Rangen de Thann Pinot Gris

Perfumed nose, sweet and candied white peach, creamy on the palate. Quite alcoholic. Not very enjoyable.

Marmalade colored. Very soft and precise. Pretty and secondary notes. Limpid and long

Ripe and moderately sweet. Tropical fruits with botrytis. Silky, round finish with medium+ acid. Tasty but not mind blowing. Great wine to begin with after a two week hiatus from drinking.

Vibrant and expressive but a bit flabby.

Pear, applesauce, lemon candy, ripe peaches, firecrackers, hint of white pepper on the nose. Nice creamy mouthfeel with pear, golden plum, candied lemon peel, powdered ginger on the palate. Needs a bit of time to warm up from the fridge and get some air after opening to become really great, but still going strong on the second day.

Lush and full throttled with orange peel, pear and tangerine fruit tones accented by a hint of honey and spice. Had nice freshness on the palate from subtle minerality. Orange peel, peach and ripe pear fruit flavors. Broad finish with just a hint of heat.

Amazing nose. One dimensional palate.

Цвет янтарный. В аромате белые грибы, шампиньоны, земляничное варенье, курага, каштановый мёд. Среднетелое(+), во вкусе сушеная клубника, сушеные шампиньоны, палочка корицы, кожа. Немного шершавое, абсолютно сухое при сладком носе, с яркой кислотностью. 18/20

(17.5/20) Сухое вино янтарного цвета со сложным, зрелым букетом ароматов изюма, инжира, сушеных ягод и грибов. Отлично!
