Zippy at first but settles in the glass after a while. Really well balanced, I don't get a lot of petrol on this one..

An Alsatian delicacy, bio-dynamic and exquisitely fresh in it's wintery wonder. If I'm not mistaken, this winemaker is part of an alternative certifying body for bio-dynamic wine: biodyvin! Dry and fresh all at once, great with a homemade autumn meal comprised of quinoa stuffed squash and braised beef with mushroom creme sauce.
