Alsace Muscat

Heady aromatics. Honey, ginger, chamomile tea, pineapple and mango. Some RS detected. Great round and rich on the palate. Zind Humbrecht continues to strike!

Overpowering floral notes: rose, honeysuckle, ... Is there a bit of cardamom in it? Not bad for an afternoon sip in late summer...

Beautiful apricot, white peach, honeysuckle and bath powder notes. Starts off with just the barest hint of RS, yet finish is dry. A real nice porch-pounder kind of a wine.

The only thing that lets this wine down is its lack of acidity. Otherwise, it's fruity, aromatic, and appealing.

Nose is heady with ripe stone fruit and honeysuckle. Baits you into thinking it's going to be a sweet bomb, but it's got a refreshing acidity to help it finish drier than you'd initially expect. Yes.

I challenge you to find a muscat with this much character sub $25 that isn't just total bs.
