We've tasted this in class before... Last time it was LAST and I HATED it. Today we STARTED with it AND paired with Chinese food, and it was a totally different experience. On it's own I still get those peroxide/cold cream notes, but the salty food seems to mask that.

Amazing spice on the nose with petrol, Apple spice, minerals and lychee nut. Big apple spice, peach and petrol on the palate, with a great baked apple lingering finish. Great stuff. Worked well with curry.
