A little sweet for me, but also balanced with quince and Asian pear. Interesting balance. Wish there was a bit more carbonation and brightness.

Oct 18th, 2016On the nose starts with strong lychee aroma, developing into ripe peaches... Sweet front and mid palate, finishes with very soft tannins and hints of lime. Was expecting a much drier taste, but the wine was made with a lot of residual sugar. It's from Alsace, so lots of similarity to a German Riesling, but what kind of German Riesling?
