Aromas of toast and bread with m acidity for balance. Savory with hints of green fruits. Long finish.

First Saturday for Vintage 2018 with Pizza and Chablis.

No Premox but not a grand cru. Lemon and chalk dominate.

Following discussion last week re Chablis @Ira Schwartz this 2005 Vaudesir Grand Cru showed very well. Nose of mineral/oyster shell with cut white flower notes. Restrained elegance with softening acids. Less is more! After 6 hours starting to show honeyed notes and not dissimilar to a top quality Australian Chablis style like Cullen Kevin John Chardonnay. Chablis is 2005 vintage.

Fevre classic. BH:93-95

No pre-mox.... mature but in a great place.

Firing on all cylinders. Salinity, lemon, chalk, minerals, whathaveyou.

Good precision, white florals and brilliant minerality.
