Nose of under-ripe peach, mango, green melon and recently cut hay.
Palate is just elegant, great balanced acid, light citrus, peach/mango/papaya purée, watermelon rind and light minerality.

For only $19, I'm still not sure why we only bought four bottles, this should have been case quantities as a minimum.

Aug 20th, 2018A Sauvignon Blanc from Chablis? I had to taste it to believe it. Green apple and grass on the nose, with some lime and pineapple mid palate. Crisp, tart and even a bit metallic.
