Opened 30 min before consuming. Light gold color. The nose is a bit closed as this needed more air to become expressive. Heavy weight in the glass shows the pedigree of the Clos vineyard and the talented winemaking. Notes of light citrus, crushed white stone, white clay and a little apricot. We were not able to give this the air and time this bottle needed to open up and show its stuff. This is my last bottle of this really good wine, it should have been opened 2-3 hours earlier. This still has years of life ahead of it.

Straw gold, heavy in the glass. Really nice aromatic nose. Notes of sweet lemon, white flowers, apricot and some dusty dry earth. With air this becomes very impactful in the mouth. Rich fruit, vibrant acidity, palate staining finish with river stone chewiness. Best bottle of Chablis I've had not named Raveneau or Dauvissat.

My last bottle sadly. Great wine. Had good luck with these. No ox issues. Bees wax, lemon peel, length and balance. Big wine.

Wow wine. All the benefits of age with an undiminished spine and unmistakable origin.
