Excellent 1er cru from Fevre; thought 2008 acids would never soften; well here is one that is; nice linearity and subtle funk from solids during ferment and monumental malo lactic; yoghurt aromas; terrific drink with sashimi tuna doused with marinated orange and roast sesame; 13% #chablis #chardonnay #minerality
