Théo Faller Réserve Personelle Riesling

We did a little “tour” of three rieslings and this was my second favorite of the three. Bright and just a tiny bit sweet.

So balanced despite its young age. My kind of Riesling!

This was nice. The nose has a rubbery quality to it. Has some fresh green apple and floral notes with good acidity.
